GodMode
This video will tell you what GodMode is and show you how to enable it in Windows Vista/7.
GodMode lets users access all of the operating system's control panels from within a single folder. Begin by creating a new folder and rename it with this text string:
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
Feel free to copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V). It must be exact for this to work. If, for whatever reason, the icon of the folder does not change to resemble the control panel icon after renaming it and hitting enter, you should type it in manually instead. If you do have to do this, take care to type it exactly including the dot between GodMode and the text string itself.
Note that GodMode does not create any more customization for your Windows operating system, but instead, gives the user about 39 shortcuts all in one place that are organised and categorized in alphabetical order. I have found GodMode very useful myself.
